Anam Chara Journeys is a space for depth-oriented inner work -

This work engages the subconscious, the body, and the inner worlds where meaningful change takes root. Rather than striving to fix or improve yourself, you are invited into a process of listening, integration, and return - to what is already within you.

Here, learning is experiential and embodied, and transformation emerges through depth, not force.

My work bridges counselling with deeper, experiential inner work.

Rather than focusing only on conversation, I support awareness of what is happening beneath the surface—where patterns,

emotional responses, and nervous system dynamics

shape your lived experience.

This approach is integrative and client-led.

It draws from multiple modalities, not as separate techniques,

but as complementary ways of supporting insight,

regulation, and meaningful change.

The focus is not on quick fixes or external answers,

but on developing your capacity to understand and work

with your internal world in a way that is grounded,

sustainable, and self-directed.

Who Do I Support

I support adults who have spent years being strong for others, while quietly carrying their own overwhelm, disconnection, or exhaustion.

Many of the people I work with feel far from themselves—moving through life on autopilot, disconnected from what they feel, need, or want. Some experience a persistent sense of not fully belonging—within their relationships, their roles, or even within themselves. Others feel numb or muted inside, while quietly longing for clarity, meaning, and a deeper connection to their inner world.

This work is for those who are ready to turn inward—

not just to cope, but to confront what has been avoided, suppressed, or held in the shadows.

It is for those willing to engage in depth work and honest self-inquiry. To uncover unconscious patterns, meet the parts of themselves that have been disowned, and move through the discomfort that meaningful change often requires.

At its core, this is the work of individuation—of becoming who you are beneath conditioning, adaptation, and survival strategies.

What I Offer

Integrative Session

A depth-oriented approach to personal, psychological, and spiritual support.

My work is a blend of counselling and deeper inner work. I support you in exploring not only what you’re experiencing on the surface, but what may be happening underneath it—whether you’re seeking personal, psychological, or spiritual support.

Together, we look at patterns, emotional responses, and nervous system dynamics to understand how your inner world is shaping your outer experience. This is an experiential, awareness-based process. Through guided inquiry and somatic awareness, insight becomes something you can feel and work with—not just something you understand intellectually.

My role isn’t to give you answers, but to support you in accessing your own clarity, while offering tools to help you navigate what arises. The intention is to support meaningful, grounded shifts that feel sustainable and aligned with who you are.

Breathwork

A depth-oriented, nervous-system-aware approach to working with the body, the breath, and the subconscious.

The breathwork I offer is rooted in my Double Helix Breathwork method—a trauma-informed, regulation-based approach shaped by both modern therapeutic understanding and traditional breathwork lineages, including the work of Leonard Orr and Dr. Stanislav Grof.

This is a structured yet intuitive process that uses the breath as a bridge into the body and the deeper layers of your internal experience, where emotional patterns, protective responses, and stored tension are often held.

Rather than pushing for intensity, the focus is on pacing, awareness, and allowing your system to open in a way that feels supported and sustainable. Through the breath, you may begin to access emotions, sensations, or subconscious material that has been held beneath the surface. Some sessions are deeply regulating, while others may bring forward experiences that are ready to be felt, processed, and integrated.

Sound is intentionally woven into each session as a supportive layer. Through music, tone, and guided elements, the breath and vibration work together to support release, reorganization, and integration within the body.

Sessions are offered one-on-one and in group settings. Individual sessions allow for a more personalized and contained experience, while group work brings an additional layer of shared presence and community. There is a unique depth that can emerge when working in a collective field, where individual and group processes often inform one another.

At its core, this work is not about force or performance. It is about developing a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, and your inner world—supporting shifts that are embodied, integrated, and sustainable over time.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Working with the subconscious to support insight, change, and integration.

Clinical hypnosis is informed by Ericksonian and trance-based approaches, offering a way to access deeper layers of the mind where patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are often held.

In a focused and relaxed state, we work with the subconscious to explore underlying dynamics and support shifts at that level. This may include reframing, resourcing, and working with symbolic or imaginal material in a way that aligns with your internal experience.

This approach is collaborative and responsive, supporting increased awareness, flexibility, and integration—particularly in areas where patterns may feel ingrained or difficult to access through conscious processing alone.

Tarot Session

A reflective tool for insight, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.

Tarot is used as a contemplative and symbolic tool to support reflection, insight, and meaning-making. Rather than prediction, the focus is on bringing awareness to patterns, dynamics, and potential directions that may not yet be fully conscious.

Informed by depth psychology and archetypal frameworks, readings become a space for dialogue between conscious awareness and deeper layers of the psyche. This can support clarity, perspective, and a more grounded relationship to your current experience.

Distance Energy Work

Supporting balance, integration, and energetic alignment.

Distance energy work offers a complementary way to support the body’s energetic and nervous system processes. Drawing from contemplative training and subtle body awareness, these sessions are intended to support regulation, integration, and overall coherence within the system.

While the experience is often subtle and subjective, many find it supportive in creating a sense of grounding, openness, and connection—particularly alongside other modalities such as breathwork or counselling.

My Approach

My work is grounded in the understanding that you already hold the capacity for insight, healing, and meaningful change. At the same time, many of us carry the imprint of past experiences—held within the body, the nervous system, and the subconscious—that can shape

how we feel, relate, and move through the world.

These patterns often show up as recurring emotional responses, internal tension, or a sense of feeling stuck. Rather than trying to fix

or override them, I support you in gently bringing awareness

to what is present, while creating the conditions for your system to

begin shifting from within.

This is a collaborative, client-led process that blends counselling with deeper, experiential work. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses, while working with tools that support both insight and embodied change.

The intention is not quick fixes, but meaningful, lasting shifts—supporting you in moving forward with greater clarity,

balance, and self-trust.
